J. Andrew Marryshow
Director
Andrew retired as senior partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers – East Caribbean in 2007, after more than five years in the position. Including PwC’s predecessor companies, he spent almost four decades in service with PwC.
A fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Andrew’s experience spreads across the audit, accounting and tax disciplines. He has worked with onshore and offshore insurance companies, banks, International Business Companies and Societies with Restricted Liability. Prior to becoming partner, Andrew was PWC’s insurance industry leader and its accounting and audit technical leader.
Ricardo O. Knight
Ricardo is Director of The St. James Group and President of The Towner Management Group. He joined the Group in 1994 and has provided uninterrupted stewardship since. Ricardo is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB). He is also Chairman on the Joint Policy Working Group on International Business and Investment Promotion for the government of Barbados, as well as past President of the Barbados International Business Association (BIBA).
Sheik N. Ahmad
Vice President, Business Development
After managing a joint venture between Prudential and The St. James Group for three years, Sheik joined St. James in 2009 after Prudential purchased full interest in the venture. During the previous ten years, he worked in accounting, finance and business development roles in the professional services, financial services and tourism sectors. Sheik is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB).
Stacey E. Johnson
Vice President, Accounting and Administration
Stacey joined The St James Group in 2008 and is responsible for providing accounting, administrative and corporate services to the group’s portfolio of international insurance and business companies. Prior to joining the Group, Stacey spent thirteen years in the financial services and international business sectors. She holds degrees in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies. Stacey is also a member of the Certified General Accountants’ Association (CGA) of Canada and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB).
