Christopher J.N. Towner

Founding Chairman

With more than two decades of international business and captive management experience, Christopher specializes in providing individuals and corporate enterprises with solutions to their complex financial needs. Christopher is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB). He is also a past President of the Barbados International Insurance Association (BIIA), now the Barbados International Business Association (BIBA).

 

Clark Hollands

Director
 
A Canadian Chartered Accountant who spent his 25-year career as an international tax partner with KPMG in Vancouver, Clark advised Canadian-based multinational groups on their international tax arrangements. After leaving public practice in 2008, Clark devoted his time to a variety of businesses and investments and to interests in which he is a partner. He also works with his family’s charitable foundation, and is a Director and advisor to other large Canadian-based private foundations.

Alice B. Austin

President

Alice originally joined the Towner Management Group (until recently a sister organisation to the Group) in 2001 as Vice President where she has been responsible for providing management services to International Business clients in a variety of industries. She brings over 30 years of financial and business management experience, both in Barbados and in London, England. Alice has held various CFO, Financial Controller, Management Accountant, Internal Audit and Financial Analyst positions and has lived and worked in Barbados since 1996. She holds an honours degree in Business Studies from the University of Hertfordshire and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB).
