St. James Reinsurance Corporation
St. James Reinsurance Corporation provides reinsurance of third-party risks from first-party insurers, giving clients access to international reinsurance markets and diversification of their risk portfolios to meet custom solutions requirements. We also will work with other offshore insurers where there is a need for reinsurance transactions with unrelated parties.
A Nevis Statutory Fund insurance company licensed under the International Insurance Ordinance 2004, St. James Reinsurance Corporation operates similarly to a separate account company.
St. James Resources Inc.
St. James Resources Inc. provides sourcing solutions, including the provision of financial and human capital, for corporate clients engaged in international business in Barbados.
The company, a Barbados International Business Company licensed under the International Business Companies Act Cap. 77, offers clients a flexible innovative approach and access to international business centers and financial markets.
St. James Assignment Corporation
St James Assignment Corporation facilitates the transfer of third-party obligations for attorney fees generated from settlements of personal physical injuries claims in the United States. Through this company, our clients receive access to international financial markets, as well as fixed and variable investment income portfolios.
